3. What does it mean to "talk wrong"?

I can relate to this question very well because I often find myself "talking wrong" at least twenty times a day and I don't really think its a big deal to most people. It seems like everyone disregards grammar at least some of the time. I think that people should be responsible for speaking properly but as far as that goes for grammar specifically, I believe if it can be understood by the majority then to hell with grammar.
