Language and Identity

I am certainly more confortable when I speak with a person that is from a french speaking country. Particularily if she or he is from France, Switzerland, and of course Belgium. I think that speaking with someone whith whom we share a lg, translates in sharing cultural messages. By that, I mean that it is not necessary to go into details or explanations for the "deeper" meaning of the messages to be very well understood.
